North New Zealand Conference

The church is required to provide a qualifying receipt at the end of each financial year to all donors giving the total amount donated to the church during the year, regardless of which local church they made the donation at.

In order to clearly identify each individual donor and thus provide the qualifying receipt, we are requesting all members who give tithes and/or offerings to complete the registration form below.

Donor ID Number

We are requesting each church member to provide us with a 6 digit Donor ID number that is any Combination of 2 Letters and 4 Numbers (e.g. 6A7V52). This unique Donor ID Number will enable each donation to be clearly linked to an individual donor.
