Church Membership - North New Zealand Conference
Welcome!

We have finally got the online membership database up and running. What this will mean for your church, is that each church clerk and pastor, will be given access to your individual church’s membership details.

https://membership.adventist.org.au

To get accesses to the online database you will need to fill out our authorisation form and send it back to us. We will then be able to give you ‘read only access’ and once you have done your training we can give you the ability to edit details.

If you have received this email, it is either because you are a church clerk or a leader of your church. If you are neither of these, we would like to request you to pass this on to the right person at your church or you may unsubscribe at the bottom of this email.

Quarterly Reports

It’s that time again, we need you to send us your quarterly report for the period of 1st January 2010 to the 31st March 2010. Please send your reports in by the 10th of April. You will need to include any of the following membership changes for this period;
  • Baptisms
  • Profession of faith
  • Transfers in and out of your church
  • Deaths
  • Removal of membership
  • Members moved to missing list
  • Changes to members contact details
  • Any name changes / Marriages

Church Office Positions

If your church has not sent in your Church Office Positions for 2010 please do so as soon as possible.  Having the correct information will ensure that the departments at the conference will be able to send important material to the right people at your church. Please also ensure that you provide us with a phone number and an email address for each person.

If you have one-off changes to a Church Office Position during the year, please use the Change in Church Office Positions Form on our website, to notify us of this change.

Church Mail
When you send us your updated list of Church Office Positions please ensure that you provide us with a name and mailing address for the Church Mail Position.  All the departments at the Conference will use this address for their mailouts.

Church Attendance
A head count needs to be taken each Saturday for the numbers attending your church. You can submit these figures weekly by filling in our online form.

Members Postal Address
Please remember to check all postal address in the address & postcode finder, found on New Zealand Post's website. A lot of our members have been using incorrect suburbs and post codes in their mailing addresses.


Transfer Froms

If you have run out of the postal transfer forms you can order them from us by filling in the order form on our website. For those of you who prefer to use email, you can download an email transfer form to send as an attachment in your emails.
