This system is fully supported by the South Pacific Division, in its introduction and implementation, and in its website construction and maintenance.
As each Local Church website will contain personal information, each site is fully protected, and is available only to the authorised people in your church, and selected system administrators who may need to help you.
Each member, or family, can be assured of absolute confidentiality, and that no information will be collected or used without their permission.
A practice site will also be available for you, and nothing you do in this site will affect the LIVE website. You cannot ‘break' anything on the LIVE website!

- Tips ‘N Techniques - Instructions and shortcuts to maximise program use.
- Membership - Maintain member records, create groups for mailing labels, initiate and process transfers.
- Organisations - Maintain information related to your church.
- Resources - Provides direct links to outside information which may help you maintain your records accurately.
- User Group - Shows which Conference you are in, and which quarter you are in for reporting purposes.
- Reminders - Lists number of transfers that are either waiting for clerk interaction (pending) or have been completed within the last 30 days.

- No paperwork for online churches.
- No policy changes - just a change in the method recording.
