Andy is a good guess but it’s not what the Bible calls God. The Bible has many names for God and they are windows through which His character is seen. The names of God tell us many wonderful things about Him.
The Bible mentions many times that there is a party in Heaven whenever someone makes a commitment to Jesus. It is the best decision we can ever make in life. But Jesus didn’t say make a decision for him and then just do whatever.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.
