Mission
To Grow Healthy Adventist New Zealand Churches by Mentoring, Supporting and Resourcing Leaders
Vision
To See a Spirit-filled body of Believers sharing Jesus in their Community
Focus for 2010
Healthy Communities
What is the North New Zealand Conference (NNZC)?
NNZC is the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the north island of New Zealand. It is a family of 85 churches, 14 schools, a camping facility – Tui Ridge Park, an aged care home, hospital and village – Bethesda, a bookstore – Adventist Book Centre and a Health Food Company Sanitarium.
The church is people. They are community responding to the claim made Jesus, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
The conference appointed Executive Committee governs the leadership team of the conference. The New Zealand Pacific Union Conference (NZPUC) provides ministry and financial services to the NNZC.
The purpose of the leadership team is to develop godly leaders who grow healthy Adventist churches that serve the world.
This year (2009), as a conference, we are focusing on healthy Families.
Let’s continue to absorb the truth of God’s word into our lives. Let us come to God more often in prayer. As the pressures of our world in crisis escalate, let us increase even more our trust in God.
